INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the information you give us and the information needed to deliver our services:
- Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Information you send through our forms, including contact messages, seminar hosting inquiries and free program signups.
- Coaching information, including your intake form, goals, training history, injuries, health and fitness information, check-in messages, and the photos and videos you send for technique review.
- Booking details when you schedule a call.
- Payment details, which are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

- To design, deliver and adjust your coaching program and nutrition guide.

HEALTH AND FITNESS INFORMATION
Some of the information you share, such as injuries and health details, is sensitive. We use it only to build and adjust your program. We never sell it, and we share it only with the service providers we need to deliver your coaching.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use trusted providers to run our services: Stripe for payments, Everfit for coaching delivery, Calendly for scheduling, Kit for email, RegFox for seminar registration and Cloudflare for website hosting. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
EMAIL MARKETING
We send marketing emails only to people who have given express consent, as required by Canada’s anti-spam legislation. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
