These Terms of Service apply to your use of conjugatecanada.com and all services offered by Bongelli Strength Inc., operating as Conjugate Canada (“Conjugate Canada,” “we” or “us”). By using our website or buying our services, you agree to these terms.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 or older to use our coaching services.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our programs, guides and advice are for general fitness and performance purposes. They are not medical advice and do not replace the advice of a physician, dietitian or other health professional.
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.
- Tell Craig about any injuries, conditions or medications that could affect your training.
- Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or other warning signs.
Training carries a risk of injury. By using our services, you accept that risk.
COACHING SERVICES
Online coaching includes an individual training program, a nutrition guide, weekly check-ins by message in the app, messaging between check-ins and video technique review. Your program is delivered in the app within 48 hours of Craig receiving your completed intake form. Results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency and health, so we cannot guarantee specific results.
PAYMENTS AND BILLING
- All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable tax is added at checkout based on your location.
- Monthly coaching renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- The four-month block is paid once. When it ends, your coaching continues automatically at $300 a month until you cancel.
- You can cancel in one click from your billing page or by sending a message in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
CERTIFICATION
Certification requires attending a seminar and passing the online exam with a score of 80% or higher. Every exam is marked by Craig Bongelli. Certification recognizes completion of the course. It does not guarantee employment, results or any particular outcome for your clients.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our programs, nutrition guides, manuals, videos and website content belong to Conjugate Canada. They are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not share, copy, resell or publish them without our written permission.
FREE PROGRAMS
Free programs are general programs, not written for any individual. Use them at your own risk and follow the health and safety guidance above.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Conjugate Canada is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
