All payments to Conjugate Canada are non-refundable. This policy explains how that works for each service, and how to cancel.
MONTHLY COACHING
Monthly coaching has no commitment. Payments already made are not refunded, but you can cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your coaching continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
FOUR-MONTH BLOCK
The four-month block is paid once and is non-refundable, including if you stop partway through. When the block ends, your coaching continues at $300 a month. You can cancel any time, and cancelling stops all future payments.
SEMINARS AND CERTIFICATION
Seminar hosting payments are non-refundable. If a host cancels, the payment is not returned. Craig may offer to reschedule, at his discretion and depending on his availability. Registration terms for individual attendees are set on each event’s registration page.
BILLING ERRORS
If you are charged in error or charged twice, contact us at hello@conjugatecanada.com and we will correct it.
